No, not all the time, we do ask that you be available when we paint the front door and when we are done with the house, so you can tell us if we need to touch up anything.
Each painting project is different. Most jobs take 3 to 5 days. We give our clients an approximate start and finish dates in our proposal.
Once we start your project, we stay on it each day until we are finished unless there are circumstances beyond our control like weather that does not permit us to work. We do not work with builders, so we do not leave and go work on their houses.
Yes – We do not use your bathrooms. We take our food, drink, and bathroom breaks away from the jobsite. We will never ask to use your facilities or trouble you for any refreshments.
Yes – We clean up every day. Before we leave we store all the tools, brushes, and rags in the trailer. We are very clean!
No – we have in the past. The problem with that is they get paid per job and skip procedures that are real important, so they can get done with the job quicker. I want my employees to take their time and do a quality job that is priority number 1!
Yes – we have a 7-year written warranty we show you when we give an estimate. We take this warranty with a lot of pride. That’s why we have a 13 step standard procedures to make sure the painting of the house last. We even go the extra mile, after we are done with the house we come back a year later to make sure the paint job still looks the same and everything is holding up to your satisfaction.
No, we have never collected money before the job. We have built this company by believing that if you do a quality job, they will pay you when we are done. Anybody that ask you for any money up front, do not hire them! Some of them say they need to go buy material, stay with a professional company and that will not happen.

Yes – You want to make sure you are paying for the paint they are telling you they are using. Plus it is good to have for the warranty.
